PhilSpice.com An adventure in taste

Well, one day Chef Phil – the Grillmeister was getting ready to grill and decided to create rub.  He looked in Lil Darlin’s spice cabinet and pulled out a bunch of stuff.  He started mixing and tasting and when he was satisfied, Chef Phil commenced grilling.  This special combination of herbs and spices was so good that Lil Darlin’ decided it needed a name.  Hence PhilSpice! 

Over the years, Chef Phil and Lil Darlin’ kept cooking with PhilSpice trying it on more and more things.  Friends who came over for dinner and liked it were sent home with a sample.  Then one year Chef Phil and Lil Darlin’ gave PhilSpice away for Christmas presents with a promise on the label of “when you’re ready for a refill, just let us know”.  And that’s how we found out how much people really do like it.

PhilSpice will add zing to anything you grill, broil, sautee, roast or fry.  Sprinkle this concoction (generously or sparingly depending on your preference) to fish, poultry, pork or beef.  As for what’s in it – well that’s a secret that you won’t find out here.  But we can tell you the many ways we and our friends have found to cook with it.  Come on in and look around!
